Good to know
In the event of a police check, all drivers must present their driving licence. Failure to present this document may result in a first-class fine:
- Fixed fine of €11
- Increased fine of €33
The driver then has five days to go to the police station or gendarmerie to present their driving licence. Failure to do so may result in a fourth-class fine:
- Fixed fine of €135
- Reduced fine of €90
- Increased fine of €375
- Maximum fine of €750
Once you have obtained your driving licence from MON PERMIS EXPRESS, please always carry it with you, especially when driving.
